Well, we definitely don't do it for the fame and fortune. But to be completely honest, there's something about balancing a budget that just gives us that warm, fuzzy feeling inside. Great question. We genuinely want all of our clients to LOVE us.  Which is why we do a pretty in-depth onboarding process with our new clients.  Getting refunds is exciting when you’re a kid.  When you’re an adult you realize that if I’m getting a refund it means I’m loaning the government money for free. We do every single tax return like it was our grandma’s. Nobody wants grandma to pay the government too much money.

So to answer your question, no. We don’t guarantee anything other than you’ll be happy with our service. If you’re not, we will make it right in some way shape or form.

We offer a unique service for our clients.  If you filed with us in the previous year and you have not been to see us 30 days ahead of the tax deadline, we file an extension automatically for you!

If you call us at 10pm on April 14^th we cannot make any promises as to what might be said to you either to your face or behind your back.

Our job above all else is to keep things simple. Our job is to help educate every one of our clients so they are that much more dangerous as they are growing their business and dealing with challenges related to finances and taxes.

Well, the first tip is to always file your taxes on time. That's a no-brainer. But other than that, the key is to make sure you don't draw too much attention to yourself. Here are a few more tips:

1. Avoid using a red pen to fill out your tax forms. The IRS has a strict "no red ink" policy.
2. Don't include any pictures of your cat dressed up in a business suit. Trust us, it won't help your case.
3. Don't claim your "thinking chair" as a business expense. It might seem like a good idea at the time, but it's just not worth the risk.
4. Avoid claiming any deductions for "pet psychic consultations." The IRS is not as open-minded as you might think.
5. And most importantly, always remember to use your inside voice when talking about your taxes. No yelling or screaming allowed.
