QuickBooks Online (QBO) Monthly Price Updates – Effective July 1, 2025
- Simple Start: $38/month (was $35)
- Essentials: $75/month (was $65)
- Plus: $115/month (was $99)
- Advanced: $275/month (was $235)
QBO Payroll Monthly Updates – Effective July 1, 2025
- Core Payroll: $50 base/month (no change) + $6.50/employee (was $6)
- Premium Payroll: $88 base/month (was $85) + $10/employee (was $9)
- Elite Payroll: $134 base/month (was $130) + $12/employee (was $11)
QuickBooks Desktop Annual Price Updates – Effective October 1, 2025
- Pro Plus: $1,049 + $310/user (was $999 + $200)
- Premier Plus: $1,469 + $465/user (was $1,399 + $300)
- Mac Plus: $1,049 + $310/user (was $999 + $200)
- Accountant: $1,799 (single-user) (was $1,199)
- Premier ProAdvisor Bundle: $1,499 (was $999)
- Enterprise ProAdvisor Bundle: $2,399 (was $1,599)
Good news: There’s no price change to the QuickBooks Enterprise Gold, Platinum, or Diamond subscriptions.
